Vidyut Furnaces and its affiliates have been suppliers of equipment and technology to the Steel  and power sectors since 1970.  In addition to representing various international principals in India, we are leading manufacturers of furnaces and allied equipments for the production of steel wires such as Spring Steel, Tyrecord, Tyre bead, oil  tempered spring, Low Carbon,  annealed wires, stainless steel wires and Galvanized wires such as ACSR core wires, Stay wire, earth wires, Chain Link, Fencing, GI wires, Cable Armour wires etc, besides Galvanizing plants for tape,  structurals  and fasteners.

Vidyut Furnaces was established as a part of the Vidyut Group of Companies. Other group activities have included- Vidyut Engineering & Technologies  (P) Ltd. manufacturer of cranes and hoists, Korbett Steel (P) Ltd. – a manufacturer of galvanized sheets and Vidyut Greenbank Castbasalt (P) Ltd. – a manufacturer of abrasion resist castbasalt lined pipes and tubes.

Vidyut Furnaces has entered into a license agreement with M/s Wire Korner, Hagen, Germany manufacturers of industrial furnaces for last 80 years. This would give Vidyut Furnaces access to latest developments in the industry such as fluidized bed annealing furnace, immersion burner ceramic galvanizer, nitrogen wiping with automatic zinc coating control unit etc.
